In this matter I suggest you try updating your device software to the latest version available. You can check for new updates by going to Settings > About phone > Software update. Also, you can try reseting your device to factory settings. If you don't know how to do this, you can try using Google to find the proper method for your device. Have in mind that factory reset will wipe all your data from the device, so you better make a backup before proceeding with the reset.
