Where can I find the video editing app for Android developed by Google that goes by the name of Movie Studio?

Has to be installed via the ADB utility from Android SDK: 'adb push VideoEditor-deodex-sangreal.apk /mnt/sdcard/system/app/'
If I'm not mistaken, it also still comes with some Android tablets (not the Nexus 7, funny enough); but Google almost seem like they've given up on the app. It's... a bit rough around the edges, so to speak. (
