If you sent the file, it shouldn't appear in the My Personal Jobs folder. In this matter, check The Completed Items folder. If the sent item appears there also, it's possible that you experience some malfunction with the application. To fix it, try to perform a fresh installation of the program. If the problem persists, contact the developer for additional support using the official website.
This behavior of the program can also be caused by a problem with the server. In this case, a simple re-log should fix the problem.
