I can not remove this, it does not show in the control panel to uninstall. Using Windows 7.

I can not remove this, it does not show in the control panel to uninstall. Using Windows 7.

You will need to use Windows Live Essentials as a starting point for your Live Messenger uninstalling because this product is a part of the Live Essentials product. Select Windows Live Essentials on the list, then click on Uninstall. Instead of complete uninstalling, select Change/Remove and deselect Live Messenger. Wait for the process to finish and you'll have Live Messenger uninstalled.
