Wintrax type solution for MP3s?

I used to use and love Wintrax with 3 megachangers. Now I'm looking for a program that would allow track by track rating, categorizing tracks by user-defined criteria (tempo, holiday, whatever), and auto-create playlists based on track data (ie rating 7-9, uptempo; OR rating 9, mellow, jazz). I can't find any program that has this flexibility!

Although, it's an Apple application, iTunes might be very effective when it comes to music organizing and playlist management. The application allows you to add, sort, manage, copy, export lists, etc. for the files added to the database. You should give it a try by downloading it from the official website.
