I have downloaded the Samil Power Design from the downloads section.

I have downloaded the Samil Power Design from the downloads section. With the website in English and all the instructions up to the point of downloading the program in English, I had expected the program itself to be in English - however, upon running it, everything is in Chinese so I cannot comfortably navigate the program and cannot readily find a way of changing the language option.

Is there a way of changing the language to English please?

Yes. In order to change the language to English, you need to start the software, go to the third tab on the menu bar, and choose the second option from there. The third tab is the language menu, and the second option from there is the English language. If this didn't worked, your program might not have the appropriate language pack. In this case, I suggest you download the latest version of it by visiting Software Informer's application website.
