To enable color, first use the Support CD and install the drivers and the software then connect the scanner to the PC. Wait for drivers to install properly, then start the application. Access the settings menu and adjust them to enable color scan. This has been reported by users to work correctly. The device doesn't have the possibility to change the color from its OSD or buttons as it doesn't have one.
