Will the DCE Tools work with Photoshop Elements?

Will the DCE Tools work with Photoshop Elements? I placed the file in the PSE folder, but it didn't appear on the PSE Filter list.

Yes. The DCE Tools are fully compatible with Adobe Photoshop Elements 1 and newer. However, this tool can only be used with 32-bit application. This means that you need to install the software, and place the files in the Photoshop plugin folder in Program Files (x86) and use the 32-bit application. If you use the 64-bit Photoshop application, this tool won't work.
