Does this program read .gi files created with Primera software?

No, it doesn't. Currently this software supports the following file formats: Windows Media Audio (WMA), MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG Vorbis, FLAC and M4A/AAC (iTunes). To open .gi files you could also use a program called IsoBuster.
