Acer Assist should offer you the tools to enable or disable the WiFi. However, the WiFi can be turned On or Off with the help of the button switch attached to the laptop or from the Fn + WiFi button (you can look it on your keyboard). If none of these solutions work, try re-installing the driver for your WiFi module. The driver can be downloaded from the Acer Support website after you identify your laptop model.
