I've recently purchased TVS thermal printer RP-3200 which works over both USB and LAN (TCP/IP). The printer works fine with the USB port but when I try to connect it over LAN, it starts to print in a weird language like codes and symbols. How can I solve this?

In order to use your new TVS printer over TCP/IP, you first need to install the appropriate drivers and configure the device. You can download the driver for this type of printer from the official website. It's advised, if you want to use the device for network printing, to download and use the utility for Ethernet Configuration. You can find it on the site mentioned above. After you did this, your problem should be fixed.
