When the drive is marked with blue color, it means the compression is active. This is known that in some cases it preserves the space better, but without an active impact on the performance of the driver or the game you installed on that drive. To disable it, simply access Computer, right click the drive and disable the Compress this drive to save space. Accept the changes, and that's it.
