In order to fix the issue, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. After that, when you're trying to send a fax, verify your Internet connection, launch the program and open the document you want to send. Select File, then Print and choose Upload New Fax from the Print Dialog box. Follow the on-screen instructions and you will be able to send the file without issues.
