The Posiflex Fiscal Printer already supports QuickBooks. This means you don't need additional configuration instructions to make it work. Just make sure it's installed properly in Device Manager. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and make sure the device is installed correctly. In case it isn't, right click the item and select Update Driver then follow the instructions and it should work. When printing, QuickBooks will automatically detect the printer.
