I have a question about Start Options of the k-Means Clustering (Step 2 of 3)

I have a question about Start Options of the k-Means Clustering (Step 2 of 3). I want to do the Option "Random Starts" with, for example, five Numbers of Starts. But I don't know the difference between "Automatic Seed" and "Fixed Seed". Can you help me? I appreciate your support.
