Can you tell me if you can batch export data from the QFiniti desktop to Excel 2010 and if so, how? (The data would be dump of all the call evaluations carried out over a certain period of time).
You can export the data via the Reports button. Click on Reports then you will have various options you can use to export the data as an Excel file.
