I want to know if the developer of this product can offer training for out maintenance department. Can you help me in this matter?

Yes. The developer of MCS-Connect can provide for training for any of the products that are developed by him. While the training period, the participants will learn how to use MCS-Connect, how to communicate with MCS hardware and learn troubleshooting techniques.
