Showing payments on invoice

I have a new employee. When she prints an invoice after a payment has been made, the hard copy does not show the payment. I know there might be a setting for this but I cannot find it. Does anyone know where to find this setting?

I have downloaded the application but there was no setting to configure the invoices. You will actually have to make sure that the payment is properly displayed on the initial window. After this procedure, use the report builder to print the files. If it is still not working, install a virtual printer like CutePDF Writer and save the files as PDF, then edit the PDF and add the value.
