No. The temperature doesn't depend on the environment temperature. The factors that interfere with the laminator temperature are : the type of adhesive used, the thickness of the laminate and whether a carrier sheet is being used or not. There are the main factors that you have to take care when you want to set the proper temperature for laminating pouches.
