Scanning multiple pages in a single document

asked Apr 10, 2013 by Judy Barfield (120 points) about Canon MG3200 series On-screen Manual

How do you scan more than 1 page in a document? I am only able to scan 1 page in each document. Manual does not seem to address this issue.

  1. Go to Settings on the Quick Menu
  2. Document Scan tab
  3. Save Settings box
  4. Data Format: Set to PDF (Multiple Pages)
  5. Go to Programs, Cannon Utilities, IJF Scan Utility
  6. Place document in scanner
  7. Click Document
  8. There will be a prompt asking you if you want to scan additional pages or exit

THANK YOU! The software engineer who designed the user menu (GUI) did not have the customer in mind.

Thank you !

I changed computer and forgot how I had setup last time (which was also nightmare).

I'm sure I'll have to find this again next time!
