Can someone tell me why Windows Defender is not running on my computer?
Unfortunately there are many causes that can make Windows Defender unavailable. What can I suggest you is to properly uninstall it (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) or you can use an uninstalling tool. After that download it again through Software Informer application's page. Open the setup files and start the installation again.
