I have purchased the program, used it a few months, and now it does not open, it just creates an icon on task bar. What is the problem?

I have purchased the program, used it a few months, and now it does not open, it just creates an icon on task bar. What is the problem?

The application works just fine. I have installed it in Windows7 x64 and it starts. However, download and install it again and you should be able to use it.
