I'm on Windows 7 and when I click on Start exam, nothing happens. Why is this happening?

The application requires NET Framework 3.5 and latest DirectX version to run properly. You need to download these two then try to run the application. Once you complete this operation, reinstall the product and run it again. It will work correctly this time.
