Accys Time problems.

When we want to synchronize the device, the program sends this message: "There is no transfer file". What can we do to fix this? We have an ZKE9 device with Accys Time 2012 SW connected by network.

In order to fix the problem, press Window + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Locate your ZKE9 device, right-click on its driver and press Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the device, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. If you still have issues, uninstall Accys Time software from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the software again.
