This error can be caused by the fact that you try to create a new document on a location where you don't have writing rights. This usually happens when you try to create / save a file / document on the C:\ drive. To fix this, there are two available options. You can try to create the folder in any other drive like D:\ or E:\ (depending on your hardware configuration). The other solution is to start the program using administrator rights. To do this, right click on the program's icon and choose Run as administrator. You should be able to create a new folder and use the application after you did this.
