I am trying to install my Plustek scanner on my new Laptop. The Silverfast application gives an error message saying that it does not detect the scanner. What should I do? I am running Windows 8.
In this case you should check the Plustek official web-page to see if your device has an official release of the driver for Windows 8. Download and install the driver then try again with the software.
