Now, for a number of categories, I get an error message and OYC crashes when I try to add a third sort criteria. I use this for my record collection and in the past I could always sort by name, label and number. Now it often crashes when I try to add the number to the sort and the message says that it's already included (but it's not). What can I do?

The recommended solution to solve your problem is to uninstall and reinstall the program. Just navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and click Uninstall. After that, reboot the computer and install the utility again. If you still have problems, you can try using another similar application from Software Informer database.
