Adding animated effect on icons.

I have a computer running Windows 7 64-bit. I have added full control to the RD security option. I have also added animated Icons folder to RD Icons in dockets. Now when I right click on the blank space or blank icon in the docket, I select "add" and then I am not given the animated shortcut option. What am I doing wrong?

You can't find the option to add an animated shortcut because there is no such option. The animation is done automatically by the program. You can find the available options for animations by clicking on the Dock Settings icon from the docket and go to Behavior tab.
