We are new to Control4. We moved into a home that has Control4. My question is this : When we turn on the one television (we have 3 others on the Control4 System) in the family room, only the sound comes on. We cannot get a picture. I've tried using the remote (with new batteries) to scroll through the list function to set up the TV, but that does not rectify the ongoing problem. Besides calling in the tech, is there anything I might try to see if that works?
