In order to fix the issue, remove Autocad from your PC, run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and then install the program again. After that, uninstall and reinstall Topcon Link. If you still can't perform line codes, I recommend that you contact Topcon using the information from the official web page.
