Using the transparency tool.

When I try to lighten or remove the object's background color with transparency tool, it works the first time only - if I use it again, it reverts back to the original background color. Why does it do this and why can't I use it in progressive stages until all background color is removed or lightened?

Before you begin to edit your pictures, you should know that this is a label printing tool. The image editing options are present, but they don't work as well as the editing options from a specialized program like Photoshop or Gimp. In this matter, I suggest that you use a mentioned program to edit your picture (remove background) and then import (add) it to your label design. This is the easiest method to overcome this problem.
