I purchase a version of this software many years ago, but it stopped working with Window XP. When I try to reinstall the program, it indicates that the MSCRT.dll file is missing. After the installation process is complete and I launch the program I get again the same message. What can I do?

In order to fix the missing file issue, go to installation folder, double-click the program uninstaller and follow the provided instructions. After that, run CCleaner or Glary Utilities, reinstall the software and launch it using Administrator rights. If the error is not solved, run Dll-Files Fixer. It is an application specialized to fix all .dll related problems.
