How could I get my pictures back?

I had a problem with my PC. My hard disk scratched but I saved my data with Datakeeper.
I couldn't find my original source of Datakeeper, I lost the CD. How could I get my pictures back, actually they are like that:" Photo 001.jpg.zvaa.dkb"

PowerQuest DataKeeper is an application that is not available anymore. However, you can try contacting the original developer of the application to get additional information about this product. If you still have registration details, I believe they will issue you a download link of the product. Since PowerQuest has been acquired by Symantec, you need to contact them.
