I have a Mikron infrared camera. Its specification says this mode can record the infrared video with a frequency up to 60 Hz. But with the MidasSpec R/T software, in the Nodelay mode, the recording frequency is only about 7.5 Hz. Do you know how to change it to its maximum frequency?

If you can't select a higher value for the recording frequency, your camera could not be compatible with the program, or you didn't install the appropriate driver for it. To fix this problem, head over to the official website of the developer and search for your camera model. From its page, you should be able to download the driver. Also, on the same page your should be able to see the available programs that can be used with your camera. You should be able to overcome this problem.
