Desktop screensaver configuration is yellow.

Question

I have two users on my workstation: one is local administrator and another one is a domain user which is added to group Administrators. For both screensaver settings are correctly configured. But if I run WST under the local administrator report is green and only local admin account is listed in the table underneath and if I run it under the domain user then WST is yellow and no users are listed. Could you please explain why it behaves this way?

To fix this issue, right click the executable application and go to Properties > Security. In the window that is opened, select the users you need and assign full writing permissions. For the domain user to work properly, run the screensaver as Administrator every time or you'll encounter issues again.
