I'm new to Dot Probe Task. I've read a lot about it and I want to use it in my research, but I'm having a hard time finding out how to download and use it. Is there a "beginner's guide" that might help me? Also, I'd like to use words rather than pictures and I need the lists that have be formed on certain clinical populations.

Unfortunately, you can't download the Dot Probe Task program anymore because there isn't an online resource available for this purpose. It seems that the application has been discontinued and it is no longer supported. Also, there isn't a Dot Probe Task user guide available and Todd Shaver, the application developer, is out of business. If you want, you can try the Dot Probe Task utility developed by MacLeod as an alternative solution.
