My Tubemaster++ cannot capture video. It says: "Your network device is not compatible".

I recently downloaded the Tubemaster++ software, but it cannot capture video as it says your network device is not compatible. I am using a Kuwait Zain eGO plugin and play a USB Internet device. I understand the the WinPcap software in the Tubemaster++ may not support my device. If I download Air Pcap, can I use that with my Tubemaster++ for capturing video? Any other solution? Thanks.

You will need to actually change the Internet source because you will have problems with recording. Since the videos will consume a lot of your bandwidth, the USB Internet device may not be capable of delivering high stream of data. Even if you download Air Pcap, the results will be the same. Air Pcap will not work with Tubemaster++ because WinPcap is recommended for optimum functionality.
