I am not getting any data using this software.

Question

I have bought the solar radiation sensor as well as the PV temperature sensor. I also bought the FRONIUS Datalogger & Interface and the sensor box in order to use them in monitor the changing in the PV temperature and the solar radiation. I completed all the connections between the sensor box with the datalogger and between the datalogger with the PC via USB. I have tried to obtain the temperature data and the solar radiation data form the FRONIUS Solar.access software but I couldn't obtain any result. Can you please advice me how to obtain the up mentioned data?

If you attach the sensor box to the PC you might need to install additional software and driver, but it's usually drivers. Then you need to make sure that the connection between the PC and device works. You can use the application to test it. When these are complete, you can perform a test to acquire the data you need.
