This last month my computer crashed and I lost everything. The company who set up our new computer could not retrieve all of the information off the old computer.

The last month my computer crashed and I lost everything. The company who set up our new computer could not retrieve all of the information off the old computer. Can I get that back from my account with CRW Online Vault?

Yes, you can perform data restoration but you can restore only the backed up items. You cannot retrieve the items that were left outside the Vault application. You need to re-install the application, log-in with the account used to store your items then perform the SYNC operation, which will download all the items to your computer.
