How to change the base year from 1950 to another year?

I am trying to use the 2006 IPCC FOD Model to estimate the amount of methane generated in a landfill from 2003 to 2020. My problem is how to change the Base year from 1950 (as it is in the spreadsheet) to the base year of 2003. I shall be grateful if you can response to my request as soon as possible.

You can change the base year from Application > Preferences > Inventory Year. Among this setting, you can also change Start and End year of the Inventory analysis.
