I receive the following error: "Access denied! Error Code:0"

I have been using this software. I did not face any problem. Now when I tried to use it on a new computer I get a message stating that "Access is denied, Error code 0". Kindly suggest a solution. I would like to know whether the software purchased in 2008 will work with a 64-bit system or not.

There is no actual solution for this error except the fact that you should reinstall the software. In most of the cases this fixes everything.
