Can't view images on computer.

I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8. I have followed the directions to install both the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and the OCX, turning the computer off after each. I have uninstalled these and reinstalled each according to directions. Still no video. I do have some Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 versions. Do I need to uninstall these?

Most of the applications work with Visual C++ 2008 because 2005 version is not used anymore. Also, place the OCX files manually in the system32 or sysWOW64 folders then user regsvr32 file.OCX from the Start > Run.
