Moving Image Expert from Windows XP to new Dell XPS.

I had Image Expert 1.9.1, by Sierra Imaging, installed in my Windows XP system. I purchased a Dell XPS with Windows 7 from Dell directly this year - I have a full support contract. Is the Dell Picture Studio - Image Expert the same program marketed by Dell? If so, is it installed on my new XPS? And if so, how can I access it? If it isn't installed on my new XPS computer, can I upgrade my 1.9.1 license to the Dell Picture Studio - Image Expert license? If they are not equivalent, can I install my Sierra Imaging Image Expert, version 1.9.1, on my new XPS system?

The imaging program that is developed by Dell is called Dell Picture Studio and there is no connection between the software mentioned by you and this one. You can't upgrade one's version with the others. None of the mentioned programs comes pre-installed on your XPS computer. You can try to install them both and see which one is better for you.
