If you didn't properly uninstalled this application (Control Panel > Uninstall a program, or if you didn't used an uninstall program), I suggest you to search all files that had work with Frank Modern Certificate Biology for Middle School - Class 8 and erase them from your computer. After that, insert the installation CD onto your computer and start the process again.
