In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the application. Click the Sound tab, check your sound card model, navigate to the developer web page and download and install the latest drivers available. After that, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound, right-click in the Playback window and select Show Disabled Devices. Next, double-click your sound device and select Use this device (enable) as Device usage. If it still doesn't work, uninstall and then install The Seventh-Day Adventist Hymnal again.
