I would like to modify the invoice format for printing purpose. For example, change the font size as the company name is too big and address is too small. Besides that, the description of item cannot been shown in full due to the limited space, and eliminate the TAX and DIS column in the invoice. I would like to change to sequence of invoice number in our specific own number, instead of 00001.

These applications should have a Templates area where you can change the structure of the invoices. Go through the available menus in order to find the desired menu. If it doesn't exist, I recommend exporting the invoice to Excel where you can have access to columns and everything related to text manipulation.
