Unfortunately, there isn't any option to access the administrator account if you forgot the password. You can try to uninstall the program (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys that may contain the administrator information and install the program again. In this way, you will reset WinACICDES to factory defaults and you will be able to reconfigure it.
