I can't open the application after installation.

I installed this software but I can't open it. The icon spins for a few seconds, then stops. There is no error. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you upgrade the software. Also, you need to know that your computer must run Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system, have a Pentium II processor and 64MB RAM. If you have a newer Windows platform, you can try running the software using Program Compatibility troubleshooter.
