Can my laptop with Ericsson F3507g and a SIM card be used as a mobile phone?

You can use the Ericsson F3507g with a SIM card to connect to the Internet using a dial-up connection. After you did this, you are free to use a third party software to communicate over the Internet. You cannot use your laptop as an actual mobile phone.
