In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Network Adapters and Universal Serial Bus controllers lists and look for Sitecom Wireless Network 300N Adapter. Once you locate it, right-click on its driver and select Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the adapter in the USB port and click Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows will automatically find and reinstall the drivers. If you still have issues, contact a Sitecom technician using the provided form.
